Ship to Home Purchases

Unused merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Refunds are subject to:

  • Shipping fees (non-refundable)
  • A 20% restocking fee

Returns may be refused if the merchandise is not in acceptable condition.

Some electrical items (e.g., batteries and chargers) are not eligible for returns. These items are marked as "Non-returnable" on their product information pages.

Damaged, Missing, or Malfunctioning Items

If an item arrives damaged, has missing parts, or is not operating as advertised:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • At our sole discretion, the product or damaged/missing part will be replaced free of charge.

Buy Online, Pickup In-Store Purchases

Buy Online, Pick-Up In-Store purchases must be returned to a store location.

  • Product exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid store receipt, some restrictions apply.
  • If an item(s) is out of stock a store credit will be given towards the purchase of an item equal to the amount paid of the original purchase. No cash or credit card refunds or online credits will be given.

Items not collected after 7 days from the date of purchase will be placed back into inventory. We will no longer be able to guarantee product availability at the selected location. Your order will be canceled and you will not be charged.
